The vision of WWWC came from one of the TWI Administration Team, after witnessing a number of tutorial writers (whether members or not) being the victim(s) of persecution at the end of 2005 and the beginning of 2006, some of which condoned by actual copyright holder(s) sending out members of the PSP Community to inundate alleged infringers with hateful, threatening and harrassing correspondence via e-mail and on-site shout boxes.

The goals of WWWC are vast and some might think beyond capability. However, our aims shall remain:-
We aim to encourage the creation of art.
We aim to encourage the education of legal Internet issues.
We aim to encourage debate instead of tactless drama.
We aim to encourage an end to "acting before thinking".
We aim to bring online communities together without an elitist attitude.

Our member list contains an extreme variety of people from all walks of life that include artists, taggers, tubers, tutorial writers and the basic online user that has no technical or creative knowledge. Our forum (which is private for our member's privacy) provides activities, challenges and courses for it's members that include Graphic Manipulation Challenges, Intellectual Property Debates, Internet Protocols, Web Coding, Games Arcade, Courses on Bryce, Poser and Web Design (dates/details to be confirmed).
